FINALLY! Some relief
I have been suffering with menopausal symptoms for a few years now. I have tried different herbal supplements and have had fair results with them. Adding these suppositories to my weekly routine is a GAME CHANGER. Especially since the ingredients are natural and not anything weird, I felt comfortable trying these out. You DEF want to put these in the fridge, they stay pretty soft unless they are cold. But, they are absorbed very quickly, and they are not messy. I'm using them every 4-5 days, but would feel comfortable using them daily. I am already planning another order.

I was surprised that they helped.as quickly as they did. The black kohosh is a must. Feel in the fridge as directed. Things can get oily, so best used at night time. Great way to keep the gears lubed. A little pricey for what they are. Pleased over all. They help with the hot flashes.

These are unlike anything i’ve used as far as boric acid sups. the capsules are oval shaped but since it is infused with HA and shea butter the capsule is like a solidified cream. firstly definitely store this in a cool place bc it can soften and melt which can make it difficult to insert. it was a little different that what i’m used to but it’s definitely instantly helped with the odor issues i have. normally for BV boric acid doesn’t help but this has helped greatly with my symptoms for yeast infections and BV.
